Ohio Valley Land Company (OVLC), headquartered in eastern Ohio, is a family owned business. While the official OVLC is new, the family has been involved in buying, selling, and leasing property throughout the Ohio Valley for years. The operation has recently expanded to include buying and selling the rights to minerals, gas, coal, timber, stone, clay, and water.
